Who sees my feedback?
Only you and your facilitator. You decide what to share with your manager, HR, or anyone else. We strongly recommend a closing conversation with your sponsor and the people who gave you feedback — and we'll help you script it — but that's your call, not ours.
How is this different from the 360 my company already runs?
Most corporate 360s end at the report. This one starts there. How much time will this take from me?
