Executive & Leadership Coaching

The Higher You Lead, The Fewer People Tell You The Truth.

Institute Success™ pairs you with a certified coach who has actually led — a confidential thinking partner for the decisions that don't have a right answer in a book.

01 — The problem

The Skills That Got You Here Won't Get You There.

The higher you climb, the more the job becomes about people, judgment, and pressure — and the less anyone around you is positioned to tell you the truth.

Your team wants your approval. Your board wants results. Your peers are competing for the same air. So the hard questions — Am I the bottleneck? Is this the right call? Why does this team keep stalling? — get asked in your own head, at night, with no one to test them against.

Exceptional leaders don't power through that alone. They build in outside support — a partner whose only agenda is their growth. That's what a coach is for: not advice, but better thinking, and the accountability to act on it.

02 — What it is

A Thinking Partner, Not A Cheerleader.

Coaching at Institute Success rests on three things working together — insight into who you are, a relationship built on candor, and a bias toward action.

i.

Grounded in who you are

Every engagement starts with data, not guesswork. Your behavioral and motivational profile gives your coach a real read on how you decide, where you flex, and what actually drives you — so the work is about your reality, not a generic playbook.

ii.

Built on candor

A confidential, high-trust relationship where you can say the thing you can't say anywhere else. Your coach asks the questions no one on your team will, and tells you what they see — without a stake in the outcome except your growth.

iii.

Focused on outcomes

Coaching is measured in what changes, not hours logged. Each engagement is anchored to the specific shifts you're after — and every session ends with a commitment you and your team will feel between now and the next one.

03 — How it works

A Rhythm That Turns Insight Into Habit.

Four moves, repeated. The first two set the direction; the last two are the engine that keeps growth compounding across the engagement.

01 Fit call

The Match

A no-pressure conversation to understand what you're carrying and pair you with the right certified coach. Chemistry matters — the relationship only works if it's the right one.

02 Weeks 1–2

The Baseline

An assessment and debrief establish who you are as a leader, plus the two or three goals that will define the engagement. Success gets defined up front, in your words.

03 Ongoing

The Sessions

Regular one-on-one sessions — typically twice a month — working real situations in real time. Between sessions, you're testing new moves and reporting back on what happened.

04 Every quarter

The Checkpoint

A structured review of progress against your goals. What's shifted, what's stuck, and where to point the next quarter. Growth you can name, not just feel.

Typical engagement 3–12 Months
04 — The outcome

What You Walk Away With.

Not a binder of frameworks. A sharper leader — clearer on the calls that matter, and visibly better at the two or three things that were holding the team back.

The leaders who get the most from coaching treat it as an investment in judgment. Over the engagement, the pattern changes: decisions get faster and cleaner, hard conversations stop getting avoided, and the team starts moving because the person at the top finally is.

  • Clarity on the decisions that have been keeping you up.
  • The confidence to have the conversations you've been avoiding.
  • A team that moves faster because you've stopped being the bottleneck.
  • Growth on two or three specific edges — that sticks after the coaching ends.
05 — Who it's for

Built For Leaders Who Are Ready To Grow.

  • i.Executives carrying decisions they can't talk through with anyone internally.
  • ii.Leaders stepping into a bigger role than they've held before.
  • iii.Founders whose company has outgrown how they lead.
  • iv.High-performers who've plateaued and know it.
06 — The investment

Scoped To The Engagement.

Coaching isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is the investment. We scope it to your goals, cadence, and timeline after an initial conversation — no obligation.

07 — Questions

What Leaders Usually Ask.

Is what I say to my coach confidential?

Completely. What you discuss stays between you and your coach. If your organization is sponsoring the engagement, we'll agree up front on what — if anything — gets shared, and it's usually limited to goals and progress, never the content of your conversations. You decide what leaves the room.

How is coaching different from mentoring or consulting?

A consultant hands you answers. A mentor tells you what they'd do. A coach helps you find the clarity to make the call yourself — and holds you to acting on it. Our coaches have led real teams, so they'll challenge your thinking with experience behind it, but the goal is always to build your judgment, not to rent you theirs.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most run three to twelve months, with sessions roughly twice a month. Long enough to move real behavior, structured so you see progress each quarter. Some leaders continue on a lighter cadence afterward; others finish with what they came for. We scope it to your goals, not a fixed package.

Do I need to take an assessment first?

Yes — every engagement starts with a behavioral and motivational profile and a debrief. It gives your coach an accurate read on how you lead from day one, so you're not spending your first months of sessions just getting to know each other. It also becomes a baseline you can measure growth against.

Can we bring coaching to our whole leadership team?

Absolutely — and it's often the highest-leverage move. We can coach several leaders in parallel and, where it helps, tie the work to a shared language across the team. Engaged Company clients have preferred rates for exactly this. Let's talk about what your bench needs.

08 — The next step

Start With A Conversation.

A short, no-pressure call to talk through what you're working on, what you want to change, and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
