STEP 2: Lightbulb moments

Before your team joins us for the live session, a coach will talk with you about what a successful outcome would look like for you and customize the training. Outcomes could include team development or ways to improve motivation, or improve team effectiveness, for example.

During the session, we'll guide your team through proven exercises. The sessions are engaging, interactive, and designed to immediately improve motivation.
